Within the United States

As each order is printed upon being placed, please allow for the following shipping times: 10-16 days (softcover); and 14-21 days (hardcover).

Standard Shipping: $2 (for 0 to 5 lbs.); $5 (up to 20 lbs).

Shipping cost rises proportionally with weight after the first 20 lbs. For orders in excess of 60 lbs., please contact us for special terms.

International

Standard Shipping: $12. For orders in excess of 15 lbs., please contact us for special terms.
